Saturday, December 13th - 11AM to 4PM

This market is a curated collection of Virginia creatives and makers. It is not an appropriate setting for food trucks, but specialty food vendors will be considered (i.e. honey, candies). Artisans who offer fine art, art prints, pottery/ceramics, jewelry, textiles, candles, etc. will be considered. We will review your application and email an approval or disapproval within 3 business days of receipt.

Exhibitors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, signs, lights, merchandise, card readers, chargers, change, cash, packaging, bags, tablecloths, batteries, extension cords, cord covers, decorations, and anything else you need to be successful. Limited electricity will be available on site.

In addition to the vendor market portion of this event we will have Santa and Mrs. Claus, live music, and horse drawn sleigh rides.

Vendor Fee: Early registration before October 1st is $100. Registration on or after October 1st is $150. (payment link will be provided if your application is approved)
Booth Space: 10’x10’ tent space outside
